Fire Protection Applications - Jacking Pumps

Jacking pumpMac Pumps can supply both manual and automatic Jack Pumps. We use the Lowara PKM 40 & 70 single phase pumps for small installations and these can be supplied with a wall mounted bracket.

We would utilize the Southern Cross, Lowara, or Grundfos multy stage pumps for most other installations including those connected to the Towns Main and those requiring both manual and automatic operation.

We can provide the pumps in various configurations from manual plug in to completely automatic, and they can be supplied prewired to a pressure switch all mounted on the pump motor for ease of installation.

We also provide three phase sets and where supplied with electric or diesel fire sets can have the controller mounted in the main controller. In these cases the Jack pump can be mounted on the fire pump base and pre wired.

We can also provide variable speed pump sets in single or dual combinations and they would be supplied complete with galvanized steel base, suction and discharge pipe work, pressure tank and pressure transducer.

Pressures can range from 200Kpa to 3000Kpa and flows from .3L/s to 5 L/s.
